“I have enjoyed my years at Northview. The church has truly been a blessing to me and my family. One of my favorite bible stories is about Esther. I particularly like the ending of Chapter 4 verse 14 that concludes with Mordecai telling Esther, “And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?” That one line has always made me very conscious of my leadership role at Northview and my life in general. It is my hope that I have made some difference on this earth in a positive way before going to be with the Lord.

In addition, the extended family were members of the church and they greatly influenced Paul's spiritual life throughout the years.

Soon after placing membership with Northview, Paul had the great opportunity to serve on the building committee which was established to design and build the church building where we are today. In January 2005, Paul had the great honor of being installed as an elder at Northview. Paul says being an elder has been an amazing adventure and feels deeply blessed to work and serve with the eldership, deacons, ministers, and the entire congregation.
